Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. For damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please note that perishable snack items may have specific handling requirements.
